I think it should be mentioned that the non K series can be "overclocked" just by increasing the maximum multiplier around turbo mode. And that only gains you about Four steps. I myself wouldn mind an affordable H67 and a non K proc simply because even if you don OC it, might even get some pretty decent operation. And that only gains you actually about 4 steps.
